Interstate back open after Christmas Eve snow shuts down parts of I-81 S and I-80 E - WNEP Scranton/Wilkes-Barre

I-81 S off the Biden Expressway and I-80 E near Nescopeck reopened shortly after 9 a.m. Both closed after two tractor-trailer crashes early Tuesday morning.
